Why Choose a Free-From Lifestyle?
Over 20% of UK consumers now opt for a free-from lifestyle due to intolerances, dietary choices or personal preferences. Here’s why
- Improved Gut health and digestion: May relieve symptoms like bloating for those with intolerances.
- Better Skin: Fragrance-free products can reduce irritation for sensitive skin or eczema
- More Energy: Cutting out allergens might lead to fewer sluggish days.

Recently, 3 things triggered my allergies. Strong scents at a Thai restaurant, a fragranced car filter during a service, and an incorrect food order. Check out this video.

Trend alert: Gluten-free Ready-to-eat Snacks
The hottest trend for 2025 in the gluten-free world is the surge in demand for gluten-free snacks and RTE products, including gourmet options.
People are choosing these for overall health benefits, not just due to intolerances. Do you know any good gluten-free snacks and ready-to-eat (RTE) products?
I can totally relate to this as a big snacker and crisp lover myself. Clean snacking is big. Healthier, more convenient on-the-go snacks for travel, trips and lifestyle.
Look out for:
- Gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free organic plant-based protein bars
- Non-UPF (Ultra-Processed Food) products
- Snacks made with low-impact, water-efficient crops like coconut
Like some of the snacks I’ve listed above.
The focus is all about providing healthier, more convenient choices that suit today’s busy lifestyle.
